Madison’s journey in the real estate industry began at her family’s brokerage, where she started as a part-time office manager in 2009. In 2014, she obtained her real estate license, and her passion for the field only grew stronger. Complementing her real estate career, Madison pursued a degree in business and finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, graduating in 2017. This educational background further enhances her expertise and allows her to provide comprehensive guidance to her clients.
After graduation, Madison was recruited by Better Homes & Gardens on the Central Coast, where she gained invaluable insights and a fresh perspective on the California real estate market. Now, she has returned to Calaveras County, drawn back by the allure of the “dreamy Sierra landscape,” and is excited to apply her refined skill set in serving the local community. With a wealth of experience in selling luxury real estate and investment properties in San Luis Obispo, Madison brings a unique perspective to her role at Corcoran Icon Properties (formerly Barry Ward Realty).
