This area of Blue Lake Springs has never been annexed into the homeowner’s association, thus does not have access to their recreational facilities. It is located southeast of downtown Arnold and has a reputation for being a quiet, less busy area, suitable for either full-time or second home residences. Homeowners here can elect to join the Sequoia Woods Golf Club or enjoy the myriad of public lakes, rivers and recreational opportunities. Here you’ll find wider streets and a good mixture of forested and open areas. Some of the land surrounding these units consists of large, undeveloped acreage parcels.
